Refunds & Returns

 

Nutrex Labs Refund Policy is designed very reasonably to ensure that there aren’t any unnecessary refunds. A refund form will be emailed to you and includes our warehouse address and instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund. There is a PKR 500/- restocking fee per order your returning fee will be taken out of the refund issued. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

We offer a full refund on unused products under the terms discussed below: 

  1. Minimum Order Quantity: Refunds are valid on your purchase of over 2 jars of NutraWhite. But why is it so? Research suggests that it can take as much as 4 weeks before you starting seeing a visible difference on your skin with a daily 1000mg intake of glutathione. So if someone wants to quit using NutraWhite before the first month, we believe they are quitting too soon.
  1. Products should be unused: All the products eligible for a return needs to be shipped back in the original form. Your shipped package will be analyzed before your refund is processed.
  1. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to Nutrex Labs.
  1. Processing fee: Once you are eligible for a refund, your funds will be transferred to your bank account. There’s a flat processing fee of PKR 500/-
